The advisory firm performed particularly well in the “Team Spirit” and “Credibility” categories
Munich, 02/27/2019 – goetzpartners is one of the best employers in the advisory business in Germany. The advisory firm for strategy, M&A and transformation has been honored by the Great Place to Work® Institute in the category “Best Employer in Consulting 2019.” It finished second in the category of advisory firms with more than 250 employees. The employee survey focuses on core workplace topics such as professional development opportunities, identification with the company, trust, the quality of the teamwork, team spirit and mutual respect.
The award for goetzpartners reflects the success of the company’s shared culture of values: Employees appreciate the firm’s pronounced team spirit and the opportunity to quickly assume responsibility. Trusting work relationships that extend across all hierarchical levels and strength of mind are two significant aspects of the firm’s philosophy. goetzpartners also encourages the development of employees’ hard and soft skills through a range of subject-matter and personality training courses in addition to direct on-the-job learning of relevant skills. The evaluation for the Great Place to Work® competition includes a culture audit in addition to the employee survey. The jury uses this audit to score the quality of the measures that a company offers to promote its employees’ growth.

The culture of open and collegial interaction at goetzpartners is seen in the high scores that the firm received in the categories “Team Spirit” and “Credibility.” Ninety percent of survey respondents praised the trust that the firm’s managers offer them. In the comments section of the survey, one respondent summed up the culture this way: “Employees are valued as personalities, independent of hierarchies and outside the office as well.” In addition to praising the fair, respectful spirit at the firm, 94 percent of respondents highlighted the friendly atmosphere in the office.
