goetzpartners advised IK Investment Partners on the sale of Transnorm Group with a Commercial Fact Book

goetzpartners' Private Equity consulting team supported IK Investment Partners with a Commercial Fact Book of Transnorm Group (“Transnorm” or “the Company”) in the process of selling Transnorm to Honeywell International ("Honeywell") (NYSE: HON) for approx. € 425m. Transnorm is a leading provider of automation technology used in parcel, distribution and e-commerce warehouses.
The Fact Book includes a comprehensive assessment of Transnorm's product portfolio and a particular focus on its technological superiority to demonstrate the company’s leading position across all major end-markets as well as an in-depth analysis of the dynamic logistics and parcel trends to show the attractiveness and upside potential for Transnorm.


Founded in 1957, Transnorm has grown to become a global market leader for high-performance engineered conveyor solutions. The Company serves a global blue-chip customer base with strong relationships to all major system integrators as well as global parcel and e-commerce companies. In addition to its broad product portfolio, Transnorm also offers for its installed base of approx. 160.000 units aftermarket services comprised of spare parts, maintenance, and repair as well as training to its customers.
