Marius Wolter is a Director in our Munich office focused on debt advisory situations for corporates, especially refinancings and acquisition financings.
Marius started his career as a banker in 2013 at Deutsche Bank, where he worked on numerous midcap corporate financings and syndicated loan transactions, in the UK and the DACH region.
Before joining goetzpartners he worked as a debt advisor for PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on complex financial and operational restructuring situations.
Since 2018 he is part of our debt advisory team, advising on numerous successful corporate refinancings and acquisition financings as well as private equity buyout situations.
Marius holds a Bachelor’s degree of the University of Mannheim in Economics and a Master’s degree of the University of Frankfurt in Economics and Finance.
