Alexander Rast is Principal in the Munich office of goetzpartners and part of the leadership team of the Transformation & Restructuring practice group as well as the industry group Telecommunication, Media and Technology.
He has extensive experience from a multitude of transformation and restructuring projects in various industries, especially in telecommunications and industrials. He successfully led transformation and restructuring projects focusing on classical performance improvement programs, target operating models and real estate footprint for his clients. He has advised clients in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia.
Before joining goetzpartners in 2016 Alexander Rast gained experience from Siemens, Rocket Internet, KMPG Management Consulting and MAN Diesel & Turbo.
He holds a master’s degree in Management & Technology from the Technical University of Munich.
