The Commercial Vendor Due Diligence comprised a detailed business model analysis including a comprehensive product and service portfolio assessment of Protection One’s highly effective and cost-efficient remote security solutions as well as a value chain analysis. Further, an in-depth customer lifetime value (CLV) analysis was conducted illustrating the value of Protection One's attractive as-a-service subscription model. goetzpartners created a detailed market model including both historical and future development for the remote security and fire detection markets as well as an assessment of underlying market trends and drivers, e.g., the sustainable shift from manned to remote security solutions.
