goetzpartners advised CSS AG, a portfolio company of Carlyle Europe Technology Partners ("Carlyle"), on the acquisition of evidanza AG, a leading software provider for integrated business intelligence, business planning, and middleware solutions.

As part of its ongoing mission to build a leading integrated business software platform and comprehensive offering for the Office of the CFO, CSS AG has announced the successful acquisition of evidanza AG. This transaction will extend the accounting, controlling and human resources software product offering of CSS AG through the integration of evidanza's business intelligence and business planning expertise. In addition to their complementary product portfolio, both companies will mutually strengthen each other's respective go-to-market strategies and competencies.
