goetzpartners advised Triton Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in NORRES Group with a Commercial Due Diligence

goetzpartners' Private Equity consulting team supported Triton Smaller Mid-Cap Fund with a Commercial Due Diligence in the acquisition of a majority stake in NORRES Group ("NORRES" or "the Company"). NORRES is one of the leading manufacturers of plastic industrial hoses for various end markets.

The Commercial Due Diligence includes a comprehensive assessment of NORRES' product portfolio with particular focus on the industrial hoses’ properties and the Company’s flexible production to demonstrate NORRES’ customer orientation and the resulting position across end markets and customer groups. Furthermore, goetzpartners identified additional upside potentials for the Company.


NORRES was founded in 1889 and focuses on the development, production and sales of branded industrial hoses used for pneumatic conveying of different media types (i.e. solids, gases or liquids) for a wide variety of end markets (e.g. fume & dust extraction, agriculture, food & pharma, plastics and wood processing). The Company is headquartered in Gelsenkirchen (Germany) and employs approximately 300 people across three production facilities (Germany, China, the United States) and five sales & warehousing sites (Czech Republic, France, Poland, Taiwan, United Kingdom).
