goetzpartners acted as exclusive M&A advisor to the shareholders of POET Group ("POET"), a Germany-based customer experience (CX) specialist, in the disposal to the Germany-based consulting and IT company All for One Group SE ("All for One Group"). The transaction included the sale of POET GmbH, as well as a majority stake in the development company POET Egypt LLC; Alexandria.
POET, a longstanding SAP Gold Partner, has been at the forefront of IT services and CX for many years. The SAP CX solutions include five industry-leading clouds - each integrated and extensible.
