Sebastian Achleitner is a Director in the Frankfurt office of goetzpartners and part of the Debt Advisory Team.
He is a specialist in financing for small and medium-sized enterprises with atypical structures or in special situations, such as carve-outs or against the background of distressed situations. During his career, he has successfully carried out a large number of refinancing, acquisition, growth and restructuring financing projects for sponsor-owned and non-sponsor assets.
Before joining goetzpartners, Sebastian Achleitner worked in the Debt & Capital Advisory department of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Sebastian Achleitner studied Business Administration at Friedrich Schiller University Jena, International University Audentes in Tallinn, Estonia and HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management.
