goetzpartners is further expanding its corporate finance management team. With Simon Wilske (39), a further renowned investment banker will join goetzpartners on February 1, 2013. Simon Wilske comes from Citigroup, and has more than 15 years of both national and international transaction experience. Mr. Wilske will assume responsibility for the Germany activities of goetzpartners' Corporate Finance division.

Before switching to goetzpartners, Simon Wilske was Managing Director at Citigroup in Frankfurt, where he was most recently responsible for its Mergers & Acquisitions division in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He previously acquired international experience at Salomon Smith Barney (now part of Citigroup) in London and New York. At goetzpartners, Simon Wilske will become Senior Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance Germany with overall responsibility for all Germany activities in the Corporate Finance division.
