Sale of Vitalitec to Eurazeo PME / Péters Surgical

The shareholders of Vitalitec, European leader for hemostatic titanium surgical clamps used to ligature blood vessels, have sold the company to Péters Surgical, the world’s 4th largest surgical suture specialist and an investee company of Eurazeo PME. goetzpartners Corporate Finance acted as exclusive financial advisor to Vitalitec’s shareholders: its founder, its managers, Isatis Capital, BNP Paribas Développement and Ouest Croissance.
