goetzpartners expands its international management

Munich, February 20, 2017 – Advisory firm goetzpartners has strengthened its international management by hiring a new Managing Director: With Qing Xu, goetzpartners in China has won a strong leader with many years of transaction experience, particularly in the field of cross-border transactions. Digital transformation is such a challenge that it has increased the demand for combined corporate finance and management consulting services. goetzpartners has reacted to this demand by strengthening its international teams with personalities that unite expertise and long-standing experience in the development of innovative business models.

Qing Xu  will act as Managing Director for goetzpartners with immediate effect and manage the company's corporate finance business in Beijing and Shanghai. Xu can draw upon over 17 years of experience in investment banking and transaction management. Prior to joining goetzpartners, he worked for several other companies, including Bank of Communication International, Crédit Lyonnais Securities Asia and Deloitte Corporate Finance. His areas of expertise comprise cross-border M&A, equity and debt financing, IPOs and capital transactions in Europe and China. Previously, Qing Xu earned a Bachelor degree from Tongji University.
