Depending on our education and professional experience, you start either as an Associate, as an Associate Director or as a Director.
In your role as an Associate, you will be responsible in sub-areas for the independent execution of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance Mandates. You will manage each project negotiations with clients and potential buyers. You will also take on a certain number of leadership tasks and foster the professional and personal development of younger team members.
Requirements:
In your role as a Associate Director, you will have full individual responsibility from day one. You will manage M&A and Corporate Finance Mandates and actively structure collaboration with our clients. You will also take full responsibility for leading negotiations. As an experienced consultant, you will also be involved in developing and extending our client network. Using your leadership strengths, you will act as a role model for our young employees and foster their professional and personal development.
Requirements:
Young professionals with initial professional experience can join us as a Consultant, and senior hires with wide-ranging professional experience can join us as a Manager. If you have strong specialist expertise combined with consultancy and leadership experience, it is also possible for you to start at goetzpartners as a Partner straight away.
In your role as Consultant, you will be working independently in the areas of Research and Analysis from day one. You will produce presentations and take part responsibility for projects. You will also work on internal matters relating to business development, involving acquisitions tasks and looking after our young employees. As a mentor, you should be happy to share your experience with others.
Requirements:
In your role as Manager, you will take responsibility for your own projects as soon as you start. You will actively structure collaboration with our clients and provide leadership for other team members. Your focus will be on sector, role and tool expertise. You will also work on internal issues relating to business development and ensure targeted implementation. As an experienced consultant, you will act as a role model for our young employees and foster their professional and personal development.
