"To me, goetzpartners means working on demanding challenges on a daily basis with highly motivated colleagues in an open and honest atmosphere."
At goetzpartners all team members, including interns and young professionals, are integrated immediately into projects and encouraged to work independently. The chance to work on exciting projects and with colleagues from a variety of different backgrounds, as well as the helpful and open manner in which colleagues work with one another here are a professional and personal enrichment for me. The team spirit at goetzpartners is also cultivated outside the office through various social events like the ‘Team Spirit Meeting’, for example, where colleagues have the chance to exchange experience and opinions in an informal setting.
After acquiring my Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Studies, I went on to obtain a Master’s Degree in Strategy and Finance at the Leipzig Graduate School of Management. Internships in the fields of Marketing, Sales, Strategy Consulting and M&A allowed me to supplement my university training with practical experience. Placements in Russia and Peru not only gave me professional experience, but also enabled me to expand my cultural horizons.
My most challenging project involved strategic dual diligence of two telecommunications suppliers in Azerbaijan. Up until then, I had been a stranger to the field of telecommunications. Within a very short period of time, I familiarised myself with a world of new technologies and process flows with support from my colleagues. The cultural aspect was just as exciting as the new subject matter. Personal contacts and relationships are extremely important for sustainable business success in Azerbaijan. The most important thing needed here is patience and flexibility in dealing with the customer .
New challenges every day and the opportunity to make new ideas a reality. This, together with a working relationship based on partnership, keeps me freshly challenged and motivated. In addition to my work, I also enjoy dancing, particularly Latin American Dance, jogging in the countryside and planning adventurous tours for upcoming trips.
goetzpartners has taught me that nothing is impossible. With creative ideas, a highly motivated team and a structured approach, any obstacle can be overcome – even ones that may seem insurmountable at first.
