We’re there for you from day one: we provide you with a mentor to ease you into your new role and give you the best start to your career. They will help integrate you into the team and provide professional and personal coaching. Your mentor will also advise you on development and career issues and ensure that you take on a wide range of project tasks, familiarizing you with the world of goetzpartners as quickly as possible.
We regard regular feedback as extremely important, as this is the only way that you will be able to take an active part in shaping your development. This is a two-way process at goetzpartners: our management people undergo assessment by fellow employees. In addition to classic project-based feedback interviews several times a year, we also have a 360 degree feedback process. All employees can take part in this anonymously and decide to whom they wish to give feedback.
