Dr. Arend Oetker is a member of the goetzpartners Advisory Board and has been the CEO of Dr. Arend Oetker Holding since 1968.
He is also President of the Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft, Vice President Bundesverband der Deutschen Industrie e.V., and President of the German Council on Foreign Relations. He serves on the Board of a number of companies.
Arend Oetker studied Business Administration and Political Science at the universities of Hamburg, Berlin and Cologne. He earned his PhD (Dr. rer. pol.) at the University of Cologne.
