Dr. Gernot Wunderle is Managing Partner at goetzpartners Corporate Finance at the Munich office. He is responsible for the Industry Lines Media, Telecommunications and E-Business.

Since he joined the firm in 1994 Gernot has managed numerous acquisitions and divestitures, also mergers, spin-offs, joint ventures, privatisations and public-to-private transactions in many European countries.

Before joining goetzpartners Gernot worked at Roland Berger & Partner; was publishing the professional journal “Der Finanzberater” and has been a responsible Managing Director at CEA Europe.

He holds a Diploma in Business Administration & Economics (Hons) from University of Munich and a PhD in Strategic Management from University of Innsbruck
