2007 Joint Venture in India with Avendus Capital, a leading Indian investment bank
2006 Joint Venture in Russia with Asset Capital Partners (ACP), an independent international investment consultancy in Moscow
2006 Joint Venture in Hungary with Consolidus, a strategy consultancy in Budapest
2004 Foundation of goetzpartners by the combination of CEA Europe and TransConnect Consulting Group.
1996 Stefan Sanktjohanser joins TransConnect Consulting Group and sharpens its profile towards management consulting services
1992 TransConnect Consulting Group is founded, focusing on industries outside of the TMT scope and offering consulting services beyond the field of corporate finance
1990 Dr. Stephan Goetz starts building-up CEA Europe. Step-by-step, CEA corporate finance offices are opened in Munich (European headquarters), London, Paris, Madrid, Duesseldorf, Prague and Zurich
1973 The US corporate finance consultancy CEA (Communications Equity Associates) is founded, focusing on TMT industries (technology, media, telecommunication)
